Reformance is founded by an ex-Googler whose job was creating and executing Google Ads strategies for E-commerce and Leadgen clients. He has over 500 million EUR in Google Ads generated revenue behind his back.

Having managed over 100 million ad spend across all business verticals – I’ve seen it all: the good, the bad, and the ugly. I know exactly what and when to do to produce results with Google Ads. I started my own agency to share the best that Google has to offer with small and medium businesses. The goal is to help your business grow.

Henry is a true Estonian workhorse.

During his 1.5 year tenure @ Google as a Google ads strategy lead, he managed Google ads for some of Europe’s largest B2B Software, SaaS & Finance companies.

In 2023, he quit Google in order to work more closely with a smaller number of clients.

Day to day Henry manages Google ads accounts and makes sure we all follow the same optimisation protocols to ensure highest standards are met for all accounts we manage.

During the weekend, you can find Henry playing guitar or hiking with the kids. He likes to escape the cold during winter months – so you never know where he will spend the next Christmas.

For most of his career, Sergey has worked in SaaS sales, from account manager roles to Head of Sales.

The switch from Sales to Digital Marketing happened when he accepted a role in Google.

During 2 years @ Google, Sergey became the top 5 Google Ads Strategist in Europe.

His reputation and track record can be attributed to applying sales experience to B2B and Ecom customer marketing journeys.

In Reformance, Sergey is responsible for general strategy and Sales activities.

During the weekend, you can find him skating or walking with his 2 shipperke dogs.

Vika is a skilled Google Ads Manager who has mastered her craft alongside top Google professionals, whilst gaining invaluable insights.

With a penchant for an active lifestyle, she thrives in sports like snowboarding and wakeboarding, where the word “bored” doesn’t exist.

Just as she organizes her sports gear, she meticulously arranges Google Ads campaigns, ensuring everything is in its perfect place for optimal performance.
